The actions of  the American armed Zionist army attacking Gaza are by definition, committing Genocide.

All other arguments and positions aside, these are the facts.

Genocide is in part described as thus in wikipedia

Genocide is the organized attempt to deliberately and systematically destroy, in whole or in part, an ethnic, racial, religious, or national group.”

A feature that leads to Genocide decribed as such:

“For genocide to happen, there must be certain preconditions. Foremost among them is a national culture that does not place a high value on human life. A totalitarian society, with its assumed superior ideology, is also a precondition for genocidal acts.[49] In addition, members of the dominant society must perceive their potential victims as less than fully human: as “pagans,” “savages,” “uncouth barbarians,” “unbelievers,” “effete degenerates,” “ritual outlaws,” “racial inferiors,” “class antagonists,” “counterrevolutionaries,” and so on.[50] In themselves, these conditions are not enough for the perpetrators to commit genocide. To do that—that is, to commit genocide—the perpetrators need a strong, centralized authority and bureaucratic organization as well as pathological individuals and criminals. Also required is a campaign of vilification and dehumanization of the victims by the perpetrators, who are usually new states or new regimes attempting to impose conformity to a new ideology and its model of society.[51]

The Occupation of Palestinian territory’s, have had the intent and effect of Genocide and have been the root of the conflict in the Middle East all along from the very beginning.

Many arguments have been made to cast aside protections of civilians, and justify Collective punishment.

For example, Yaron London, a “left-leaning” Israeli intellectual and  prominent media figure told reporters that  “The time has come to shock the Gaza population with actions that until now have nauseated us-actions such as killing the political leadership, causing hunger and thirst in Gaza, blocking off energy sources, causing widespread destruction, and being less discriminating in the killing of civilians. There is no other choice.”

He added : “I am referring to both the population and their leadership; they are the same, because the population voted for Hamas. I can’t separate between one who voted for Hamas and a Hamas leader.”

This sort of statement is common, and no part of it does not constitute a war crime by definition.

Collective Punishment is a war crime.

The Information is in, Grave Violations of basic rights has been systematically violated from the inception of the zionist project.

Many arguments are made, both true and false regarding the History of Palestine.

However, civilization should be judged by its civility and regard for Human Rights, not by nonsensical arguments justifying and perpetrating crimes against Humanity.

Any arguments contrary to the above mentioned, inhumane and illegal in practice.

Many conflicts exist all around the world, that indeed need our full attention.

The matter of Palestine is central to many, including and especially our tax-payer funded “War on Terror”.

Many of those willing to die in battle against us (western occupational forces), do so for what they perceive as Injustice. This view becomes understandable if you “put your self in their shoes”, and think of how you might react and feel if subjected to endless occupation and loss of land and Loved ones.  Then, anyone whom reaches out to you hands become burnt and labeled as a Terrorist Sympathizer.

What would you do Westerner, just submit to your new master?

Perhaps, but the Culture of the Muslims and Arabs is based on Honor, seldom seen in the west, that demands a different level of commitment to resist.

Some welcome death to repel an invader, and to protect their Family and Land.

War will not defeat them, as has been amply demonstrated, despite Americas most sophisticated arsenal being deployed to destroy them.

Only Justice will quell the fire.

The laws already in place, if enforced can prevent further conflict.

Peace is the natural outcome of Justice, as resistance is the natural outcome of aggression.

Universal Human rights are the only way forward.

A basic Law of the Universe is “for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”

All of the military we can throw at “Terrorists” can be resisted and only serve to strengthen “Them”.

And “Them” is “us”….. Humanity.

Justice, can be the way to heal the divide.

The World has no incentive to participate in agreements that only they must abide by.

America and Israel have committed mass atrocities for too long now, with no Honor, nor commitment to Human rights to inspire anyone to trust us.

America and Israel are viewed by the greatest threat to Humanity, by those whom have no evidence to the contrary.

For America to ever become a Great Nation, we must un -do being an Empire, by choice, rather than the rapid fall with the sudden stop.

The Way is clear, The Conditions for Peace in Palestine well known, we have a choice.

War, or Peace…. and war is not working, Let us try Peace for a “change”, and that starts with Justice.

End the Occupation, End the Siege
