Coleman-Adebayo Court Victory over Energy Czar Carol Browner

Statements from EPA senior analyst, Dr. Marsha Coleman-Adebayo, and NAACP Montgomery County President, Linda Plumber, on the victory of Dr. Coleman-Adebayo in court after a jury upheld her charges that the US Environmental Protection Agency had discriminated against her on the basis of race, color, and gender, and that then-Administrator Carol Browner tolerated a hostile work environment.
